Bähr Anlagenbau was responsible for the electrical installation work during the power station’s modernisation. The contract involved the supply and installation of extensive cable management systems, cables and wiring, as well as the equipotential bonding system, all of which were essential for the power station’s modernisation. The project team consisted of 22 Bähr specialists, who laid a total of 34 kilometres of cable and installed 1,880 cable connections as well as a 2,300-metre-long cable support system. In addition, 420 kilograms of substructures were installed, underscoring the logistical and technical complexity of the project. Crucial to the project’s success was the close and goal-oriented collaboration directly with the client. This direct communication enabled short decision-making processes and efficient project management, which was particularly important for adhering to the tight schedule and precisely meeting all technical requirements.
